Recycled Paper Art

To be honest with you it irritates me that there are so many talented people in the world who design cool things made out of nothing and sell them for a lot of money while I don't.

Recycled paper is not exactly nothing, but it doesn't cost anything. So one has got to admit that the showcased artists use this affordable and eco-friendly material in a very stylish and practical way. When I look at their precisely crafted works I think of the old piles of the 'Stylist' magazine on my shelf. I could use them in a more creative way - transform them into flowers and trees. But as I'm rather short of time and not very patient with this kind of things let me just keep my jaw down for a while and admire what others came up with in this matter.

If my boyfriend doesn't buy a christmas tree this season I will make one myself out of cardboard based on the project of an Estonian designer - Kristi Tamming. It might not look that good, but well. If he decides to marry me, but doesn't buy me flowers, I'll make some for myself as well. In the current world a woman has got to be practical!
